Client: Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (former) Project Value: $640k Scope: Major planned maintenance works including base building façade restoration, Roof structural repairs including roof sheeting, box gutter replacement and lead works, Seismic stability works, Repair and repainting existing perimeter windows, and remediation of Historic internal wall tiling

Client: Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (former) Project Value: $1.54M Scope: Heritage façade restoration including existing paint removal, Roof and gutter replacement, recondition of existing perimeter windows, Services compliance works, Shop front repainting and roof plumbing restoration

Client: Sydney Airport Corporation Limited Project Value: $1.0 - $3.0M Scope: Delivery of the upgrade and refurbishment of Aerobridges to International Terminal 1 Bay 36 & 37 and Bay 63. Included the construction of new link structures, modify existing terminal link structures, upgrade fire services systems to better service various classes of International Aircraft including A380.

Client: Cumberland City Council Project Value: $25M Scope: The centre includes an art gallery and community hall, with a two-floor central library. Art studios and an ‘art-in-residence’ room, a dedicated training room and various meeting rooms. A commercial kitchen and café on the lower floor with acoustically treated suites for sound recording, video and playback are also available.

Client: Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (former) Project Value: $800k Scope: Heritage façade restoration, roof & gutter replacement, recondition of existing perimeter windows.

Client: Brookfield Metro Edgely Pty Ltd Project Value: $57M Scope: Luna Park Redevelopment included the major upgrade of several Luna Park assets including refurbishment of Crystal Palace, Administration Building, cliff stabilisation works a new Big Top tent, multi-level inground car park with resurfacing works over the entire site.

Client: Brookfield Asset Management Project Value: Included in the $57M Luna Park Redevelopment Scope: A new stepped ten level strata office building with access from Luna Park side and Glen Street. It contains forty (40) strata offices, forty-four (44) internal car spaces, a storage area and two lifts.

Client: NSW Department of Health Project Value: $60M Scope: A combination of 75% refurbishment and 25% new build with a new glass façade which enclosed and increase floor area to the existing hospital, and at main entrance, new and upgrade of medical services and new burns unit.

Client: Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (former) Project Value: $1.035M Scope: Base building fitout, remodel toilets, window repair and paint, new HVAC installation and upgrade of base building services to service new works.

Client: NSW Transport Sydney Trains Project Value: $1.5M - $2.5M Scope: Delivered various Fit-out works and Churn Management as part of the Accommodation Program. Prepared feasibility studies for a Warehouse Storage Solution and provided oversight for the relocation of the Centralised Review & Reporting Team

Client: Healius Limited Project Value: $3.5M Scope: The fit out of the Ground Floor for a new medical imaging centre which contained MRI, CT and X-Ray facilities with a main reception/waiting room, reporting and mammogram rooms and associated medical plant and equipment. Base building services where modified to allow for the new layout.

Client: Country State Developments Project Value: $22.7M Scope: A new 18 storey multi-level apartment building with luxury spa and gym facilities in Sydney’s CBD. Includes retail shopping at Ground Level with entrances on both George and Sussex Streets.
